Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

114-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with a paid Abrasor plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of being charged. This applies to:

  • your first payment for a Premium or Enterprise subscription, monthly or yearly;
  • each renewal payment, within 14 days of the renewal date.

You don't need to give a reason.

2How to Request a Refund

Payments are made through PayPal, and refunds are issued by us. To request one, email info@abrasor.com from your account's email address. Tell us which plan you'd like refunded; you don't need to give a reason.

3What Happens Next

  • Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with.
  • We issue approved refunds through PayPal within a few business days. Refunds to a PayPal balance usually appear at once; card refunds can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Your saved data stays in your account within the Free plan's limits.

4After 14 Days

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancelling there stops future renewals, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you'd rather have your money back for the time you haven't used, email info@abrasor.com. We cancel your subscription and refund the unused part of your current period, worked out by the day. For example, cancelling a yearly plan after 100 days refunds the remaining 265 days.

Downgrading to a cheaper plan works the same way automatically: the unused time on your current plan is credited, and any surplus is refunded to your PayPal account.

5Your Legal Rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including the right to cancel in the EU and UK and under Israeli consumer protection law.
